Question : High I am a 24 year old male I
Sometimes have large and or hard bowel movements that cause a spot of blood on the paper or a small streak of blood on the movement. I have had this issue occasionally over the last 8 to 10 years. It has never gotten any worse and always seems to be with large or hard movements. Then it will clear up. Should I have concerns

The bowel disturbances you are facing could be due to lack of roughages in your diet.

I recommend taking psyllium husk daily night about 2 tsp mixed in milk. This will help the gut to form bulky stools with easing the passage.
