Question : Sometimes when I finish peeing a ball of blood comes out. My urine is not bloody but this wad of blood is on the edge of the stool. It takes a while for the water to wash it off of the stool. Once when I was done there was still some on the end off my penis. It is a very thick wad of red blood. Have had a prostate biopsy and it was ok. My urologist will not take this serious and thinks it is not happening . Have also had a scope and it was okay. I don’t know but could this be coming from the tubes from the testecals? Where sperm comes thru. Sorry for the spelling. Thank you
Brief Answer:
It is a blood oozed from small vein on superficial surface of Prostate
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted a drop of blood that you have noticed at the tip of the penis at the end of urination is a small amount of blood that oozes from the rupture of a small superficial vein on the surface of congested and enlarged prostate which is common at this age .
Taking combination of Dutasteride and Tomsulosin once daily should help to resolve the issue .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
