Hello,

Seems like diaper dermatitis. Suggest you to use a mild topical steroid along with a topical antifungal e.g Eumosone M cream (clobetasone + miconazole) , twice daily for a few days. It is a prescription drug. Avoid diapers for a few days.

I think that he has got diaper dermatitis. I suggest you to use the cream suggested in my earlier reply. Use it for a week and then follow up.
