Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query.
It could be related to friction between the surfaces due to prolonged sitting.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid and antibiotic like neosporin ointment and cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg bedtime for few days.
This should improve your condition.
Since you are having a different sensation while urination get a urine routine examination done to rule out urinary tract infection.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further queries.
