                                            Thank you for the Query.
I would like to know few more things which would help me in suggesting you better:
1.) Have you had a recent Unprotected sexual encounter with a stranger or a person whose sexual history you don't know?
2.) Does the sore itch?
3.) Do you have pain or burning sensation while passing urine?
4.) Do you have fever?
5.) Did you shave your Pubic hair recently?
Kindly get yourself examined by a Urologist so that he may examine you and run few tests like,
1.) Blood Routine.
2.) Urinalysis.
3.) DNA test.
4.) Viral Culture (if necessary).
Once confirmed you will be treated accordingly with antivirals, analgesics, antibiotics.
In addition to this, follow these lifestyle modifications:
1.) Practice safe sex.
2.) Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and XXXXXXX leafy vegetables.
3.) Stick to your treatment plan and go for regular follow up.
Wish you Good Health and All the Best.
Take Care.
Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Tauseef.
