Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Sore throat is a viral condition where you may muscle pains in different parts of body.Your thigh pain may be because of that.
However there is nothing to worry and treatment involves
Saline gargles
Avoiding cold drinks for few days
Rest for few days
Taking Tylenol or Motrin 3 to 4 times a day for few days.
You should be all right in next 3 to 4 days.
However if you feel that your symptoms are not subsiding or if they are increasing,you are advised to consult your doctor and subject yourself for physical examination and investigations,if required.
