                                       Hi,
Welcome to XXXXXXX
Nutritional supplements can irritate your stomach and can also increase acid secretion.
Thus it seems to be due to burning effect of acid or bile (which came out with vomit) on your throat.
You should take two tea spoons of liquid antacid like Digene/Gelucil-mps, one tablet of anti emetic (Domeperidone) thrice daily and frequent sips of cold milk.
If there is no relief in sore throat, please consult an E.N.T.Specialist for examination of throat and treatment accordingly.
In my opinion you should avoid nutritional supplements, at least you have to stop their use for some time.
If you have any further query, please feel free to ask.

With good wishes,

                                       Hi,
Welcome again,
There is no necessity to restrict water intake. It helps in cleaning our body through urine.
Thus if you are not feeling nausea, you can take plenty of water. But if you are feeling nausea, should take it in small quantity but frequently.
You should avoid sweets, fried and spicy food.
If you are vegetarian, should take pulses with lunch and dinner in sufficient quantity and milk both times.
If you have further query, please ask. If you don't require further clarification, can close discussion by accepting the answer.
With good wishes,
