Yes, i want to donate sperm. I am 36 years of age. I masturbate daily.

I want to know whether i can donate sperm and can you offer any further advise.

Yes, you may donate sperm.

The criteria vary from sperm bank to sperm bank, but the basic ones are
Ages 18-44.
Healthy: No significant illness or conditions.
No family history of genetic diseases.
Ability and willingness to produce a specimen 4-8 times per month in the laboratory.

To donate good quality sperm in adequate numbers, you must stop masturbating daily. You have to conserve them and donate them once or twice a week.
