Brown spots on your testicle which bleed are most likely to be Angiokeratomas.
Angiokeratoma are benign tumors of vascular origin.
More common in your age(>60 yrs).
They are benign, mostly asymptomatic.(can be itchy in some)
Bleed on trauma.
Treatment of angiokeratomas can be RF cautery/cryothearapy.
They wont cause much trouble even if not treated.
However there can be many other conditions with similar presentatation.
Perhaps a visit to your DERMATOLOGIST /physician will help in diagnosis and treatment.
