                                            Question : Sprayed hot water by mistake on my vagina have too much burning sensation .. what can I apply to soothe

Tap water. Xylocaine jelly.

First of all do not panic.
I will suggest you to pour over normal tap water if possible.
Local anaesthetic agents like Xylocaine jelly can be applied.
You can out it for 20 minutes and later in wipe out or wash out with tap water.
if you feel that there are burns or blisters in the area, please get it checked from gynecologist..
