Tap water. Xylocaine jelly.

Hi there
I welcome you to HCM virtual clinic and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

I will suggest you to pour over normal tap water if possible.
Local anaesthetic agents like Xylocaine jelly can be applied.
You can out it for 20 minutes and later in wipe out or wash out with tap water.
if you feel that there are burns or blisters in the area, please get it checked from gynecologist..

You can apply the ointment Kailash jivan.
It will be fine if it is clean and neatly stored.
Otherwise use of antibacterial ointment like soframycin it betadine will be of help.
