Question : Starting Wednesday I started Predisone 20mg tab 3x per day for a Crones flair up. Friday I got dizzy after taking the second pill of the day and had a terrible headache for the rest of the night, so I did not take the 3rd 20mg pill for that day. Saturday I felt better. Mid day I took a 20 mg pill and got dizzy and headache again. Sunday I felt much worse and didn’t take any more. Today I haven’t taken any. I feel like my headache is a little better except when I stand. I’m 62 years old. I don’t want to resume it. I’m hoping my natural hormones will recover tomorrow or the next day at the latest. Will I start feeling better tomorrow?

I have gone carefully through your concern.
Prednisone can cause headache if you have high blood pressure or high blood sugar caused by prednisone.
You didn't mention if you checked them or not during these days.
Usually it takes 3 or 4 days to get back to normal values after you stop the treatment.
