Brief Answer:
This can be an emergency, please rush to ER.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, very short and specific.
If the pain in abdomen is severe and associated with pain in both shoulders, this can be an emergency.
Please rush to the nearest Hospital or ER (Emergency Room).

The possible causes can be irritation of the diaphragm by contents in abdominal cavity like perforated viscus, pancreatitis and so on cauing referred pain to shoulder tops.
This needs to be ruled out asap.

I hope this answer helps you.
If nothing serious is found, the cause has to be found out and treated as per the evaluation.

Take care.
And give feedback.
Best wishes.
With Regards.
