Question : Hi,

I haven’t been feeling like myself lately. Feel like my head is on wrong, feel fatigued half the day and a bit foggy. The last two days I pooped and it’s been small clumps (like when you’re dehydrated). Today I pooped and one of the little clumps had like a string thing hanging out. Looked like a worm.
