Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to an inner ear disorder, especially considering the nausea, vomiting and cold sweats.
Anyway, at your age, we can not exclude a possible transient ischemic attack.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam, a resting ECG and a brain MRI study, a Doppler ultrasound of the carotid and vertebral arteries, coupled with some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR, blood electrolytes, fasting glucose, thyroid hormone levels).
If the above tests result normal, consulting with an ENT specialist would be the next step to follow.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
