I gather that most often your problem is located around left arm and left side of neck. With this symptom one would definitely like to rule out heart problems and this has already been done.
The other possibilities are nerves getting compressed in the left neck and shoulder region (thoracic outlet syndrome, cervical spondylosis, CV junction problems - to name a few).
You need to undergo evaluation for the aforementioned condition which would best be possible in a non-emergency setting with a neurologist. If the onset of these problems was with recent gain in weight then possibility of compression is still higher.
Another remote possibility of sensory seizure is to be considered and can be evaluated later with an EEG and MRI (brain).
