Question : Yesterday, I suddenly noticed a strange brown discoloration on the shaft of my penis. It looked like many random brown dots. I lightly scratched the area a few times and most of it broke loose and was hanging. I then pulled it off. I'm now worried this could have been skin cancer and I may have caused the cancer cells to spread to the rest of the skin and/or rest of my body by breaking it. How likely is this? Is there anything I should do now? It did not hurt at all when I broke it and the area feels fine. Note that I am circumcised. Here is a picture of the area now. You can see a little of what remains (below the thumb).

Thanks for your query .Based on the fcat and photograph that ou have shared it looks like a minimal allergic reaction either to inner wares or sweating . and

Wash your genitals with warm water and apply Caladryl lotion for couple of days ..

Do not worry it is not a skin cancer at all .
