Question : My symptoms: muscle fatigue, weakness, blurred vision, post nasal drip, shakiness, poor appetite, mild congestion, mildly sweaty cold feet. What could it be??

These symptoms are most likely due to Viral infection. It is called as Flu like syndrome.

Rest is more important.

Plenty of water will help in regulating the body temperature and prevent dehydration.

Paracetamol and decongestion will take care of body pain and nasal congestion.

Ive actually had these symptoms for three months. No one knows whats wrong. Labs look good. They just say a sinus nfection. i

Chronic sinusitis is a very possible diagnosis.

Hello,

Three months is a long duration. So it may be Chronic sinusitis.
In that case you may have to take a course of antibiotics.

If the symptoms are not subsiding then you may require and MRI of the Paranasal sinuses and the brain to rule out and tumour.
