Kindly send an image focussing on your scar marks and white patches. The picture that you have attached is clearly showing your face but the mentioned lesions are not very clear.
I would like to know
Since how long do you have the scars and white patches
What was the preceding cause for scars- chicken pox, acne, trauma
If the white patches are itchy
If the white patches were preceded by any other skin lesion.
If the white patches are persistent or transient.
Kindly answer these queries as it would help me in ascertaining the cause and suggesting the treatment.

Acne scars can be treated by various modalities
Medical treatment for very superficial scars- tretinoin cream and vitamin c based cream ( opexa gel)
Microdermabrasion, peels for superficial scars
Dermarollers, subscision, laser for deep scars.
As far as white lesions are concerned these could be of p XXXXXXX pityriasis versicolor or previtiligo.
I would like you to send a good resolution image of your scar and white patches so that I can discuss the best suitable treatment option in your case.
In your currently attached image, your eyes look quite yellow. Hope you did nt have any recent episode of jaundice..
