Brief Answer:
Your labs are almost normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for consulting HealthCareMagic!

Your hair loss is not at all due to MCV, MCH , MCHC & Hemoglobin levels. On the other hand they are not very abnormal and there is only slight variation which does not signify any specific medical condition. Be reassured.

However, there are plenty of other causes for hair loss. iron deficiency is not a major cause of hair loss. It rather very rarely causes it. However, the major causes include heredity, fungal infections, hormonal imbalance, certain medications like steroids, anticancer drugs etc. Get evaluated by a dermatologist to know the exact cause of hair loss.

Wish you a good health!

Brief Answer:
May not need your iron tablet

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the follow up.

You do not have iron deficiency according to your reports. But physical exam is mandatory to appropriately assess this and about your uric acid levels. Moreover, today’s research indicates that a move toward individualizing the dosing of prescription agents is warranted and it can happen only after physical consultation / Your doctor will know about these drugs.

Your uric acid levels are not in a range to worry about. According to international standards normal values range between 3.5 and 7.2 mg/dL (different labs may differ). Even diet varies your uric acid levels. As you are concerned about this, try repeating test after few days.
