Suffer Joint Pain In Sternum/chest/left Shoulder Area. Progressed Into Chronic Costochondritis With Wild Transient Heart Palpitation. Cure?

Question : Greetings...ok so here is my conundrum..( I'm 34 yr old male born with very mild arthrogryposis,predominantly affecting upper body,no elevators no biceps,little or no shoulder/Rotator muscles subscapularus etc...which basically causes no real issues as I use gravity,otherwise dormant sub muscles and the power of my will and lust for lifeto lead a very full and exciting existence.....however un past few yrs ive been getting extreme muscle/joint pain in most areas but esp in the sternum/chest/left shoulder area ( I use ny right arm predominately) I do exercise/stretch register but it progressed into chronic costochondritis with wild transient heart palpitations..regular bouts if related pericarditis,extreme chest sternum tenderness and floating ribs with the whole elephant sitting on yr chest while the devil twist yr heart type feeling...which is fun however after lots of good intentioned medical intro basically involving meds,lots of which led to Neuro toxicity on many occasions eventually I found a physical therapist who uses/ works with the fascia of the muscle which obviously when tight agrivates the nerves which lay beneath and or the refered pain..the results were astounding,60 degrees more rotation in shoulder alone...through 3 years of reg visits most of pain left and all cartilage repaired and I continued life...obviously using one hrm/rotating in one direction allows the time leads to torso twist and lower back ddeviation but I continued to lead fruitful existence incl following my natural path teaching rock climbing and taking part as far as I could..this is btw not a ego trip or suchlike just part of freestyle existentce I live..obviously I know my limits,however in past few months it's come back full on,associated with swollen hands frets takes half hour to mobilize in mornings...extreme intercostal pain,oxygen deprivation due to restricted breathing,wild heart area painaand general weakness....ok so I'velost faith in my local doctors and I know they are tired/confused/disillusioned with everyday practice and sadly in this country the health system is rather,well slack and follow up non existent,waiting lists r years long... Only road is private or alternative public...so my question is in yr opinion where/what route should I take..? My mind/life force is strong but also realistic and my pocket is likewise...I'm a person who wants to thrive........cheers and thanks fir any concepts ideas or links that may help...) Ollie
