Question : SUFFERING FROM IBS CONSTIPATION. DOCTOR PRESCRIBED NORMAXIN TWICE A DAY FOR THREE MONTHS. I HAVE TAKEN FOR TWO WEEKS. STILL I HAVE CONSTIPATION. PLEASE SUGGEST

Constipation based IBS has specific treatment in form of Tegas

Apart form it manage stress
Take plenty oof fluids orally
Add fiber to your diet
Add a probiotic twice a day
