Hello,

Thanks for posting your query. You can take the following medicines:

Tab. Oflox tz 200 mg or Tab. Sporolac ds and Tab. Dolo 650 mg as and when required for pain.
Adequate fluids 3 to 4 lts. ORS, Electrol water, juice, fruits etc. Have soft diet. Avoid oily and spicy food.
