                                    Brief Answer:
Operate fissure / Life style changes help
Detailed Answer:
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic
Fissure can be CURED by operation... Consult a general surgeon...
If all the tests are negative, burning micturition could be from the diet – avoid spicy food, avoid non-vegetarian food / diluting and alkalinizing the urine can help - drink plenty of water...
Pain could be from muscle spasm – Psycho-somatic? Muscle relaxants / anxiolytics will be useful in the meanwhile... Colonoscopy will exclude problems of large intestine...
The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck

                                    Hello Dr.
Thank you for your swift reply, I would appreciate if you could help me with what sort of diet should I take on daily basis. I am vegetarian( Indian), I normally have my breakfast at 9-10am like Idli or Chapati followed by rice in the afternoon(2pm) for Lunch and boiled wheat ravva for dinner(9pm). Please suggest me if I can add any more to this.
If my cholesterol levels are normal can I stop using my cholesterol reducsing drugs like Rozavel-F or Storfib etc.,
My BP is also normal now and I am using half a tablet of Almokind AT, I would like to know if I can stop my BP tablets as well?
What other examinations do you suggest to find out exact reason for my cutting pain in under right side ribs. Like can I go for MRI or other? and is there any relation between my cutting pain in the stomach and burning micturation( I strongly feel there is some) as some times, if my Urinary bladder is full, my pain in the stomach gets intensified and aggrevated especially in the night during my sleep.( Many of the doctors whom I visited said there is no connection between stomach pain and Urine burning) do think is this something related to my cartilage under the right side ribs( Inflamation of cartilage ) or is any soft tissue in that area damaged?? I am confused about that.
For fissures what sort of medication do you suggest to get rid of a surgery?
These are all causing sleepless nights to me.
Can I continue my homeopathic medicine?? do you think are there any side effects using homeopathic medicine for a long time??
It will be really great if you could answer me in detail.
Regards,

                                    Brief Answer:
Diet and investigations suggested, as desired
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Keep your weight to normal / even a little less. Do regular EXERCISE – say walking or jogging - 30 minutes a day / at least 5 days in a week. Avoid saturated fats – coconut oil, palm oil, butter, ghee, full cream milk...Avoid junk foods in particular – French fries have palm oil / Pizza has cheese / Indian sweets are made in ghee.../ Change to Poly-un-saturated oil – like sun flower oil. / Include Mono-un-saturated oil – Olive oil. Include lots of fruits and vegetables...
You ought to continue the drugs for cholesterol for life time... Statins have actions beyond cholesterol (like anti-oxidant / plaque stabilisation) and so on – so much so, people are taking routinely, even with normal cholesterol levels (Primary Prophylaxis)...
Medicine for blood pressure should also be continued for life term. One cannot switch off the engine, when the car is running well! Stopping may be considered, when the pressure has been well controlled for several years / that too tapering over time and under medical supervision / if the pressure rises, you should re-start
Pain from the cartilage is superficial and continuous.. not likely in your case
There is no relation between stomach and bladder – one is high up; other low down in the abdomen...
You can have Upper and Lower GI endoscopy / CT scan of abdomen and pelvis...for further assessment and assistance... More to rule out rather than rule in the possibilities / and to reassure you...
For fissure, surgery is the cure...Medicines give symptomatic relief. Pain relievers, local anaesthetic ointments, laxatives, avoiding starining at stool – help. Your GP can give appropriate prescription...
Being an allopathic practitioner, it is not ethical or scientific to comment on homeopathic medicines. You ought to discuss with the relevant practitioner. As a general rule, stick to one system – to avoid drug interaction and side effects.
Lack of sleep is from pain and Anxiety.
Psychological assessment and assistance will help...
All the best
