Question : 16 yo girl complaining of chills,stiff neck,no fever,lower back pain,and a week ago random patches of skin,loss of appetite.

Hi,
Welcome to XXXXXXX
Chills may be a prelude to oncoming fever!
Even though there is no fever now,the symptoms of chills,loss of appetite,back pain are suggestive of some infection.
One has to rule out urinary infection first.
Secondly viral infections like flu infection present this way.
For symptom relief you can give her paracetamol or ibuprofen( after food) and see.
If she still does not improve take her to ER.
