Hello

Thanks for writing for H.C.M. for your query.

I have gone through your query regarding cough and cold from yesterday and now your nose also blocked.

Considering your complaints it is evident that you are suffering from acute upper nasal obstruction. Most of the time it is viral infection. At present you can take -

(a) Antibiotic- Amoxicillin 625mg three times a day.

(b) Analgesic- Paracetamol 500 mg twice daily.

(c) Anti histaminic - Levocetrizine 5 mg once in a day.

(d) Anti tussive lozenges as per need.

(e) Steam inhalation or warm saline gargling.

I hope this will help you if you feel not much relief than please consult your family doctor.

Regards.
