this query is for Dr. XXXXXXX Kini.

Dear Doc,
Continuation of IBS case which i was already dicussing with you.I am suffering more number of motions(2-3 times) as day. Also have constipation problem. Gas troulble also there. So as suggetsed by you , i went for Celiac tests,Creat,Glucose and Hemogram CRP. But nothing found abnormal. Now my doc gave me 15 day medication.

1)Tab:Gastractiv 10mg(Dompedidone IP)
2)Fabolite 1 Scoop

Can you suggest will this solve my gas problem..It is for 1 week now i am taking the medicine, but not having much improvement.

Continue taking Fabolite.

For relief from flatulence, take digestive enzyme supplements like galto or digestal.
Take probiotic supplements also.

Avoid dairy products, beans, cabbage, cauliflower etc.

I am not clear with 3 terminologies. Can you please elaborate or provide dosage.

1)galto(Please provide dosage)
2)digestal(Please provide dosage)
3)probiotic supplements(What are they?)

You can take either galto or digestal three times a day.
Probiotics are good bacteria that help maintain the natural balance of organisms (microflora) in the intestines.
