Question : Constipation and gas, My morning toilet is not 100% clear, By evening I fee bloating and discomfort.
This issue has been with me since 3-4 years. I get this issue 2-3 times in a month and lasts for 2-3 days.
I tried taking gas tablets, isabgol husk.
Could you please prescribe a permanent solution and any SOS medicine during severe bloating?

Hi thank you for query,
In modern medicine unfortunetly cure is very rare but things can be controlled fully.
See when you don't pass stools properly,This food starts to fermenting inside the body producing lots of gases.
Suggestion-
Start taking Syrup cremaffin plus 10 ml once daily at night along with XXXXXXX econorm two times a day for 5 days.
Follow up after 5 days.
