Thanks for your query.

Dust allergy is a well-known triggering factor for cough.
How long she has been suffering from cough?
Is it dry or productive that means containing sputum?
Is cough associated with fever?

I recommend her to take anti allergic and cough suppressant medication after consulting your doctor.

Giver her green tea to drink and gargles with XXXXXXX warm water.

Tab montelukast is a prophylactic drug for prevention from cough in the coming season.
