Question : am in high depression i had 30 tabs of aplrax 0.5 mg + 20 tabs of Ativan with half bottle of alcohol

Hi there, thank you indeed for asking. having aplrax and/or ativan with alcohol is really XXXXXXX It can lead to respiratory arrest. You should call the emergency to come to you quickly. They have a medication which is injected to your blood and it reverses the effects of ativan and aplrax. People who drink alcohol are in higher chance of developing depression. In many cases, treating alcohol dependence can treat the depression. So you may not need to take antidepressant or talk sessions for a long time. The doctor will assess you after the emergency in another session to see how you can manage the situation. I wish you a good health.
