Question : When I yawn I get cramp in myneck or throat after. Why is this ?
I suffer from epilepsy and arthritis of both knees and severe back pain.

Thanks for your query.

I would like to know the medications you are on, as many medications do have side effect profile which include myalgia (muscle cramp) and some do affect the joints too.

Steroids are one amongst to cause myalgia.

After having a look on the list of drugs you are on I shall be specific in my opinion.
