Suffering from fever, Cough, headache and bodyache since Sunday evening. XXXXXXX Modi is a 31 years old female. She has taken Calpol 650 with gap of 6-8 hours. Still she has not recovered. She's breast feeding her son.

I read your query and here is my advice.
I think she is having a common cold and it may last 3 to 5 days getting better gradually.
She may take paracetamol if she is having fever every 4 to 6 hours. Paracetamol can be used while breastfeeding.
