Brief Answer:
Hi,

Detailed Answer:
Most of the times, these can be symptoms of viral infection. You may take OTC analgesics like Tylenol or Advil etc. for fever & aches. If the symptoms of cold are more, then anti-allergic like cetirizine or loratidine etc. May be also taken along with analgesics.
However, if the symptoms become more aggressive or they do not subside, then you may need antibiotics under guidance of your doctor. In such cases, you may also require further investigations for a proper diagnosis & treatment accordingly, as suggested by your doctor.
Thanks.
