Suffering From Internal Hemorrhoids. Was Prescribed Faktu. Can I Use It Long Term?

Question : I am suffering from XXXXXXX haemorrhoids. I was prescribed Faktu, about a month ago and I have been greatly benefited by it. The bleeding has completely stopped. Is there any harm in using the ointment, long term?

Thanks for posting your query

Faktu has a locally acting steroid in it

If you are relieved of symptoms there is no idea continuing it

Use it as and when required

Instead to prevent recurrent symptoms avoid constipation and take lot of fiber in your det

Take plenty of fluids and exercise at least five days a week
