Hi XXXXXXX
You seem to be having urticaria.
To help you more, I would like you to answer below mentioned queries
1) is it persistent since last two years or you had few episodes in the span of two years.
2) any precipitating factor like particular food intake, drug, any history of infection like dental caries or worm infestation, if itching is induced on exposure to hot or cold, exposure to spicy food, exposure to pressure etc
3) history of thyroid disorder or joint pains
4) type of lesions that you develop with itching red raised rashes etc and site involved

Hoping to hear from you soon. Take care.

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing back.
It seems you are probably having chronic idiopathic urticaria( i.e. urticaria of unknown cause persisting since prolonged period). In most of the cases, there is no underlying cause for urticaria. The treatment involves use of oral anti allergics from few weeks to months depending on the response.

To treat the same in your case, you may begin with these
Oral fexofenadine tablet180 mg( Allegra) or oral tab loratidine ( lorinol) in morning
Oral tab cetirizine monteleukast combination( montair LC or Montec LC or lezyncet m) in night.
To soothe rashes, apply calamine lotion.

I would also advise you to consult a dermatologist as in urticaria frequent follow ups are required to taper or add on the drugs as per requirement and response. Moreover above mentioned are prescription drugs that should be taken under a doctor's supervision.

Hope that answers your query. Should there be further queries, feel free to write back.
Take care.
