Question : I am suffering from both malaria and typiod. Now i have no fever but i getting difficult to speech and mouth get dry.
i am consumed following tablets

nexpro l
nicip plus
miruth-co
lactobacil plus
iscept-l for sugar
lilybon70
p700

Difficulty in speech and dry mouth is due to dehydration and fever, typhoid causes severe weakness due to fever in recovery stage. You need not worry for it.
