Question : I am suffering from neck (cervical) problem, i am taking treatment from XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Hospital, Delhi from last 6 months but till now i am not good.

Thanks for the query. You have written very briefly about your problem. It appears that you suffer from pain in the neck for long time. The problems like cervical spondylitis are usually seen in older ages. Since you are just 22 years old, there may be other reasons. Apart from medications, the things which can help are physiotherapy, including both exercises and other techniques like heat/cold therapy, wave therapies etc. Also posture at work, studies and during sleep are important considerations when dealing with neck pain. Specialists in neurology and orthopedics deal with the symptoms that you have.

Hello,
The report from XXXXXXX XXXXXXX suggests degenerative changes in cervical spine. You can once consult a neurosurgeon who will probably ask for a MRI scan of the cervical spine. You may also be benefited by using soft neck collar for few days. Once again I would say that physiotherapy has an important role.
