Hi,

Thank you for writing to us.
A little history on to how this started would have been very useful. Your most likely suffering from effects of muscle stretching due to the type of sport. Given your age, sudden stretching now, might cause problems such as pains, soreness, weakness of muscles and pain due to nerves being strained. You will need muscle relaxant medication after playing. You could try some hot packs and apply some diclofenac gel locally. Also, remember to stretch yourself and warm up properly before playing. Physiotherapy will do you some good too. You can also pay a visit to your doctor.

Hope this helps
