Question : What does it mean if you keep getting diarrhea, because every other week i get it. When i eat meat it comes back up.

Recurrent diarrhea can be due to various causes. Common causes are food intolerance, doctor will try to reach diagnosis based on the history, but many times investigations such as stool analysis and colonoscopies are needed to reach diagnosis. So ideal next step would be to consult gastroenterologist.
