Question: My wife is suffering from severe tooth ache. After Cronin pain relief failed, two hours ago our family dentist recommended Ketoral 10mg. It's two hours and absolutely no relief. Any pain reliever that can give immediate relief so that she can sleep peacefully?

Brief Answer:
Diclophenac.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

The best medicine for tooth pain is Diclophenac. A 100 mg should give relief. You can take it with Paracetamol (Acethaminophen) 1000 mg. Please remember to take also Omeprasole 20 mg with this medicines to protect the stomach.
If this wont help, Tramadol 100mg should be the next step.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
