Question : i am suffering from sinus problem diagnosed in 2010. As of now it has aggravated heavily and from past few weeks facing extreme blockage in nose and which conculdes in breathing problem.

I have gone through your query regarding sinus problem which was diagnosed in 2010 and since than you are suffering from it now you are having symptoms in extreme with blocked both nostrils.

Now I am suggesting you to please take proper treatment for sinusitis and consult ENT specialist. Most probably he will advice you for FESS operation. This is the operation to cure sinusitis and is being done with the help of TELESCOPE.Entire proceedure is done through your nostril & no external XXXXXXX is made.
