                                            Question : My wife hase severe headache in the middle of head on top and has water coming out of nose when she bends a little. She is a patient of Ventricular Tachycardia

Thank you for posting your query.
Though headache with watering from nose could be because of rhinitis and common cold, we need to exclude cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak.
In CSF leak, there is a small break at the base of skull bone (usually as a result of head injury), which results in the leakage of fluid from brain to the nostrils.
This poses a risk of acquiring brain fever infection (meningitis).
A proper diagnosis can be made with the help of brain scans (CT/MRI).
Please consult a neurologist for evaluation.

                                    Is there any other way to diagnose CSF Leak, as she may not be allowed CT/MRI because of ICD implanted to her in 2007.
                                
                            
                                    CT scan is safe with ICD. However, MRI should be avoided. CT scan can also help in the diagnosis of CSF leak.
