Question: Suffering lower abdominal pain left side of the navel for the last five months. Used meftal spas, histac 150, drotin ds, buscogast, buscogast plus, d v n -80, anafortan, famocid 40. But no permanent relief. Did endoscopy and abdomen ultrasound scanning. All clear. Using anti dipressent tablets zapiz 0.25 mg, zapiz 0.50 (in a day total 2 mg) for the last six years.

* The investigation suggesting lax XXXXXXX and esophago gastritis does not give pain over
left side of navel for chronic period, there must be something additional intestine
problem responsible for the issue.

Kindly provide me further details to proceed

1. Pain - type, intensity, severity, radiation if anywhere, any relation with intake of food
or exacerbating factors
2. Bowel movement details
3. Any alteration in appetite, body weight ?
4. Systemic illness if any as diabetes or else ?
