Hi
IBS is not related to food you take.
It is related to the mind.
Reduce anxiety,tension.
Avoid outside food.
If there is diarrhoea associated with mucus or blood in stools,it could be infection of the gut,not IBS.
If you have IBS,please take a pre and probiotic.
If you develop rash/diarrhoea/vomiting after any type of food, please avoid it.
