Suffering With Vit D Deficient And Anemic And Recently Found Out That Im A Diabetic IM 25. Does Any Of This Play A Role In Anxiety?

Question: A while back after a health scare I developed health anxiety, to this day I always feel that im sick or that something is wrong with me. It recently got worse and I purchased some XXXXXXX Stress and Wellness vitamin tablets which worked really well but im ready to overcome this on my own without any medicine. Now I feel like crap I have all the physical symptoms of anxiety which doesn't help my paranoid feeling of me being sick.I see a therapist in October (soonest available) and a cardiologist for my racing heart that I think is due from anxiety. Im also Vit D deficient and anemic and recently found out that im a diabetic IM 25. Does any of this play a role in anxiety?

I can understand your problem. Could you please specify what kind of health anxiety do you have?

Diabetes and vitamin D deficiency both are independent risk factors for anxiety. Both can increase the risk of anxiety. You are 25 and it’s not common to develop cardiac issues at your age. Your cardiac workup is normal so you can stay relaxed.

Vitamin D and B12 supplements help a lot in anxiety. You can think of taking Omega 3 Fatty acids which will also help in reducing anxiety.
