Question: i am suffering with chronic anal fissure and skin tags (piles) both. first part of motion is hard daily even after taking all precautions regarding dietary habits.it is possible to eliminate only after straining. after eliminating first part then it is soft. because of every day straining ,injury happens.
kindly suggest the permanent remedy for both the problems i. e. healing and hardness of first part.my mail id is

i am purely vegeterian no ediction no fast food junk food or fried food with pungent spices.
the problem is from last ten years.

Ensuring the soft stools and avoid straining is an important way to prevent recurrence of fissure in ano. Emptying stool regularly in a day avoids the hardness.
Need to ensure adequate water intake (atleast 3 lit a day) to prevent hardness, high fiber diet including salads, fruits. Avoid straining for stools. Also taking fiber supplement in the form of isapgula will help which can be taken for long without side effects.
Since constipation is long standing worthwhile getting a TSH (thyroid ) test done also.
Daily exercise, regular walks will help.
