I appreciate your concern

UTI treatment requires antibiotics which should only be prescribed by your doctor.

Urinalysis is done and if it shows evidence of infection then urine culture sampling is also done. After this step antibiotics are commenced empirically and then tailored subsequently according to the culture results.

The only OTC remedy for symptomatic relief from UTI is cranberry juice extracts or urine alkalinizers.
