Regarding your concern, I would explain that almost all anti-inflammatory drugs (ibuprofen, naproxen, ketoprofen, etc.) increase blood pressure values.
Instead, I would recommend using other options for relieving pain, such as aspirin, acetaminophen, which do not affect blood pressure values.
If non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs are necessary for your clinical condition, a concomitant increase of anti-hypertensive medication daily doses should be planned.
You need to discuss with your attending doctor on the above mentioned issues.
