Question : Id there any clinically proven way to grow in height, such as growth hormones, or anything for that matter? For 20 yo male.

I am sorry to inform you that once puberty is complete and adulthood has begun, as is the case with you, then final adult height cannot be increased.

There are rare conditions in which male hormone deficiency can lead to continued growth spurt as 'bone epiphyses dont fuse' but these are extremely rare conditions. During this phase, growth hormone still has a chance of working but it would be a modest effect only.
Besides, the height in these instances is already very tall and so the need for further increase is not relevant.
