Question: I'm 19 years old right now.my height 5ft 6 in .Can I grow my height? I don't have enough time to take rest(atleast for next six months).Is there any possibility that I can grow after that?

Males have the potential to grow some more upto 22 years of age as the length of the thigh and leg bones still grow. For women by around 19 years the growth stops.

You must eat healthy. Do regular exercise. Sleep 6 to 8 hours a day. This will help you achieve best health and better growth potential.

my growth stopped when I was 15.Is there any medicine that enhance hormonal flow and begin my growth again.I have started drinking a lot a milk continuously for six months period.It didn't work. In turn I've gained weight.so I've stopped drinking milk,I worked out regularly.Sir,please be specific kindly don't give any general answer.

You must eat healthy. Avoid becoming obese. Exercise regularly and keep fit. Once you become fit, you will automatically look taller. Also adopt good posture and avoid hunching while walking or sitting.
