Brief Answer:
Its impossible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

At your age growing process is over. Bones have no ability to become longer. This makes height increase impossible.
Please note that how high we are is written in our genes. We can affect this process by giving growth hormone in young age. But this is only in case of this hormone deficiency.

At your age even this hormone wont make you taller.

There is a surgery where femoral bones are fractured by purpose and elongated. But this is for patients who are extremely short.

So in simple words, you can not get taller.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
